Guru was an excellent partner in our homebuying process and has become a friend. He is ethical / honest in his opinion and had us walk away from several properties as opposed to hurrying us up. I did not have to worry about negotiation tactics and strategies - he just took care of it. His motivation is to help the customer and get them the right property, at the right price and the right time. Two thumbs up!

We hired Gowthaman as our Agent, as buyer after referral from our friend. It was great working with Gowthaman. He is knowledgeable, understanding, honest and extremely thorough. This was our first time buying a home, and Gowtham’s expertise and advice was invaluable. He was very patient and helpful, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. It was a pleasant experience working with Gowtham while Buying and Selling our Homes. He knows what he is doing and you can trust him for his execution. When he sends you a note with “Don’t worry, I am on top of it”, he really means that. He is great at the execution and you can depend on him to get the best results. He is very knowledgeable in real estate business and sold our home for the best price ever in off season. When we bought a new home the appraisal came low by $30,000, he imemdiately ordered another appraisal thru another lender & got the value appraised to the offer price, by saving $30,000 from my pocket. This review is long over due. Gowtham is a unique realtor, He comes with an entire eco-system to help buyers get their dream homes, whether you are looking for your first home or upgrading to a newer home Gowtham has the right skill set and team to help you with your home. Gowtham has been our realtor when we bought our first home 8 years ago and recently we closed on a second home, What I like about Gowtham is that he is very well prepared and will get straight to the point and show you homes which are going to appeal to your needs and your finances. He comes very well prepared in terms of home appraisal, neighborhood tips and inputs on how to make minor changes to the house with minimum capital and maximize your investment.
What I liked most about Gowtham is that he is honest and will call spade a spade. He will get straight to the point and even ask you to walk away from certain homes because he knows that the possibility of your offer being the wining offer are low. This helps immensely in avoiding disappointment and keeps your morale high. He will however work tirelessly and find you a home which will meet most of your criteria and believe me I had an extensive checklist to meet..
Once you finalize a house with him he will get down to work and will do everything possible to get you the house. When we bought our first house we put in offers on 2 houses and we got our house, Second time around Gowtham advised us on getting a brand new house when we were in the market to upgrade our house, It was timely advise. He found us the right house with all our requirements, He is very good at negotiating on your behalf whether it is in dealings with the seller broker or builder Gowtham comes out on top. His paper work is in order and it will be delivered on time. In addition to being a master at his trade Gowtham is always reachable via phone or email which I have found lacking in other realtors, He is always on time and is a through gentleman. We even recommended Gowtham to our family members and they too are in awe of him. In my opinion Gowtham is the ultimate closer and I will be leveraging him and his team again in the future.

Gowtham was introduce by my aunt for my home purchase Being an international buyer, we were not aware of how the process work to purchase a home in California . It was a real blessing to get the contact of Gowtham. He guided us from our first conversation till we got the keys to the new home , surprisingly Gowtham made this purchase easier than we thought, with his experience, expertise and knowledge. He has team of contractors who helped us to estimate the cost of repair and upgrade, so it was easy to come up with our offer price. Gowtham is now part of our family.
